Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Formal dresses and shoes must be tried on a clean surface. Initiate returns via our online portal.
Yes, exchanges are possible if stock is available. Select “Exchange” during the return process and specify the new size/color. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges outside the original order.
