1. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for items that meet our eligibility requirements and are submitted within the specified timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

Important:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date (based on courier tracking). Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds for eligible full-price items will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

• Refund processing may take up to 30 days after we receive the return.

• Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more qualify for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Store credit is issued once the returned item has been reviewed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories

• Jewelry

• Bodysuits

• Lingerie and underwear

• Swimwear

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Final Sale items (clearly marked as such)

5. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Be free from makeup, stains, or odors

• Have all original tags and packaging attached

• Be returned in the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or returned to you at your expense.

6. Return Shipping

• Tucomosi does not provide prepaid return labels.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service.

• Cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments will not be accepted.

• We will provide the return address and further instructions once your return request is approved.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Items purchased with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for refunds.

• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties

• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for refunding shipping costs on undeliverable or refused orders.

• Additional fees may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address information.

9. Order Cancellations

• Orders for full-price items may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Discounted and Final Sale items cannot be cancelled.

10. General Information

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
