Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. We cannot offer refunds for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
