In the same condition as received

With all original tags attached

In the original packaging (where applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our mistake.

Beauty, personal care, and cosmetic products

Jewelry and accessories

Custom or personalized items

Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

Gift cards

7. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as follows:

Submit a return request for the original item.

Once the return is approved, send the item back.

Place a new order for the item you want instead.

8. European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.

To qualify for an EU withdrawal return:

Items must be unused and unworn

All original tags must be attached

Packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase must be provided

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:
